Ask for Kelly, she's really helpful. I ordered (by phone) the wrong joysticks, called her back, and she had replacements in the mail before I sent back the wrong joysticks. She's a sweetheart. I told her I was building a video game cabinet and she thought I was crazy. Apparently she hasn't heard of this ever-growing hobby of ours ;) They are great to do business with. Not a plug, just a fact. I would definitely order from them again.
