I bought some Wico leaf joysticks from them along with a few Happs buttons. They were friendly to me even when I called back 10 minutes later because I forgot to order something. They seem like a small outfit and my merchandise was packed fine. The Wico leaf joysticks were packed not so great in small white boxes but I think these boxes were packed by Wico. VC just put those white boxes in the main shipping box which was packed just fine. I would order from them again.
Changing gears slightly, if anyone can't find Wico Leaf Joysticks anymore, I would be willing to swap my two for the Wico microswitch version. They do sound a lot better (i.e.-they make no sound) but I like the precision of the microswitch better now that I have tried both.
