As I said in an earlier post. I use S-Video to a 21" TV and find the quality to be great. It is poor on fine fonts in windows but large fonts look good and all my games look wonderfull, even my 3d computer games like Falcon 4.0. I use an ATI card. The MAME games look better on my TV than on the moniter. Buy a card somewhere where you can return it if possible and give it a try.
