I consider myslef a 'newbie' in this board. I found it only 3 months back. i read and read as much as I could, before asking my fiest question. Then I decided to go for it, and started building my control console. 3 weeks and $200 my dream came true, and I have a fantastic Mame controller. none of that could have happened if it wheren't for BYOAC (both the pages, and the helpful people at the board).

I am now glad to come in here everyday, looking for newbie questions, and helping them as much as I can. Isn't that what it's all about?

Sorry, but I simply disagree. And I don't think this board should be split. It serves its purpose, as is.
