I got the KE72 and the ME4. The ME4 is not listed on their website.
What the ME4 does is make an easy connection for a trackball and a spinner. The price
for both of these items are: KE72 $119.95 KE-MM6-mini $5.95 ME4-CS with cable set $49.95
I do recommend getting the cable set from them and not happs if you
order a track ball from happs. http://www.happcontrols.com/index.html
I just finished my cabinet. Lots of fun and beats the keyboard any day.
