Are you talking about when the background image kind of cycles through light colors that make parts look like they are flashing, then I know what you are talking about.
If that is the case, then you must be running Windows 95/98 and booting to "DOS". I have mine set to go to DOS, and it still displays the "Windows 98" splash screen, where the bottom quarter inch of the screen cycles shades of blue. The computer gets in this mode in which it cycles colors and never comes out, it then cycles those same colors in ArcadeOS. One way around it is to get rid of the splash screen. Or press ESC when the spash screen comes up, this will get your computer out of this cycle mode, and ArcadeOS should show up fine.
ANyone else have other solutions?
