Arcadeos screen kind of flashing, is that me or a real bug ?

Hi,

I sometimes experience flashing colors in ArcadeOs screen. This seems not to be video card related as I got it with two different boards and even on 2 different computer... Is it a known bug or a misconfiguration I did ?
