Hack a Dreamcast controller

I saw a post a while back about hacking a Dreamcast controller and the problems with the triggers because they are analog.
Well, I bought these http://www.baysoftgames.com/nykdreamcon.html
The C and Z buttons work the same as the left and right triggers on the standard controller.
I play fighting games so the buttons and directional pad are important to me.
I'm too cheap to buy 4 sega arcade sticks so I bought 4 of the Nyko controllers instead.
Actually, I bought 2 of these controllers from Bay Soft and the other two from a local Ebworld.
Ebworld met their price.

FYI, NBA Showtime can use the directional pad to move the players while NBA 2K can't.
So stay away from NBA 2K if you want to install it in a cabinet.

I think mameworld.net knows how to use the analog joystick with real arcade joysticks but I assume he's too busy to email the info.
