Well, seeing as doesn't support 3D accelerators, your video card has no play in the speed you are getting with Stun Runner. And on other games, doesn't the 16-bit color get to you after a while? I've had nothing but problems with the Voodoo 3 and Banshee families of cards. No chance to try out the newer Voodoo cards as 3Dfx has lost me as a customer because of their abysmal products since the Voodoo 2.
