I haven't heard of any issues. Intel went back to a socket to save $$. The FC-PGA chips are easier to cool and better for overclocking! :-)

: I just got an upgrade (thanks to a good friend) of an ASUS CUSL2 MB with a 700MHX CPU (Socket 370, otherwise known as FC-PGA). Damn that chip is as thin as cardboard!!!!

: PS, any known issues as opposed to a standard Slot 1 CPU?
