Ok, it looks like a peel-and-atick application to me. It looks like it just sticks to the cabinet while the lip hugs the top/bottom of the marquee. Unless I'm wring, it seems a cheap way to attach a marquee.
I wish I had time to draw you a picture of what I am talking about.
Basically, the bottom one you peel and stick to the wood edge of the bottom of the marquee space on the cab, then put the marquee in, peel the backing (if that's how it works) off the top holder, hook it on the top of the marquee, and press it onto the wood edge of the top of the marquee space.
That's what it LOOKS like to me, from the pictures.
