I doubt it. I know Konami GT, Outrun, Hot Chase, etc, are almost unplayable on an analog steering wheel (pot). Haven't tried it with roadblasters. Most of the driving games used optical wheels. You can often find these on E-bay for under $30.00. Check collectibles: Coin-op Arcade and search for steering. Then you will need a interface to connect to the PC. I have heard this works very well in MAME. A gutted mouse can work also.
