: : : Yeah, unfortunately this totally disables the WIn keys. I need something that will just stop windows from reacting to them.

: : Is there any possibility of using 2 different keys?

: My layout currently is the best way to have NO ghosting at all. (Well there is but the buttons that are created aren't used at all). I could rewire the thing but that would be a pain in the arse. Especially since my wiring job isn't the greatest.

Well the problem with what you want to do is when running a dos program under windows, windows feeds the dos program the keypresses it is supposed to get when it is active. So if you make the keypresses invisible to windows, windows can't see them and then can't pass them along to dos.
This is also how you can switch between programs in windows and only the active program gets what you type in. Windows feeds the active program the keypresses.
