If I recall correctly, doesn't SFII have an additional harness for the six extra buttons? I think each stick and the first three buttons for each player connect via that JAMMA harness, but the other three for each player come in with an extra harness. http://www.spies.com/arcade doesn't seem to have a manual for SFII, but if you try posting to rec.games.video.arcade.collecting I'm sure that someone there will be able to tell you exactly what you need to know...
