How do you configure 2P 6 Buttons on JAMMA?

I want to setup a 2 Player 6 Button MAME CAB. I am wiring all connections to a JAMMA finger board, but it only allows for 5 buttons each. How can I wire the sixth button for an SFII Jamma cabinet for example?
