Can you disable the Win Buttons so Windows won't respond to them?

Hello all,

Is there a way to do the above?

I have used KillerClown's keyboard setup which uses the win buttons.

Unfortunately I am having a problem getting my cabinet to work in pure dos so I have to use a command prompt in windows.

This causes a small problem with Player Ones buttons as button 3 and 6 are mapped to LWIN and RWIN so I get dumped to the desktop.

Can I disable there function in Windows but still have it work in Mame?
