I found a DOS driver for SB64 PCI. I have been looking for it for ages. Got it there :

(Driverguide is a great source for rare drivers, as an information :
username : driver
password : all

This will prevent you from having to get their sort of fake membership)

So which sound setting shall I chose for Mame, just SoundBlaster ? Guess so anyway...
