I have not put a Dreamcast in my cabinet... however, try checking out www.spies.com/arcade Then click on the manuals link, on that site, they have the Hantarex MTC 9000 manual in pdf form. With schematics and troubleshooting. Voltage drops can be hell in a handbasket dealing with modifications of these types. Ohm's Law is evident all over. However for you... it could be something simple as the converter construction itself. You've narrowed it down to the voltage problems you say, so I'm assuming you have zero vert/horz sync problems to make it do that. Few options that I can think of.... Rebuild your converter..., perhaps shorten the lines, check syncs... reread voltage signals. If there is no datta on PC2Jamma.... hopefully someone here can help... although its 90% dependent on hardware (monitor and converter). the Hantarex are some of the top of the line monitors on the marker... and should be set to handle it. Make sure your monitor has no technical faults (check the manual pdf if you have one for troubleshooting). Check their website. If you are experienced at electrical engineering... op amps to boost the signal/voltage can do wonders if built safely. From what you are explaining, its hard to diagnose... just test your hardware, schematics, voltage requirements, and troubleshoot it step by step. Sorry I can't help more.... thought I might since I own that monitor myself, but I don't have the consoles in it.. I just have a PC(mame), and Jamma setup. BTW... France use PAL? or NTSC.

: Hi everybody , i have an arcade cabinet with hantarex mtc 9000 monitor 25" , inside my cab i have 1 PSX , 1 PC , 1 Sega Saturn , 1 Dreamcast
: I make circuit PC2Jamma for all plateform with LM1881
: When i put Standard RGB Cable for psx or saturn i dont have enough voltage in red blue and green signal
: for ex: PSX RGB cable not works , the picture is very dark and unplayable and for saturn too(i have intensity variation).
: i open PSX and wire RGB signal directly from graphic card (i have 2.15 V) and the picture is clear and perfect !!!
: For PC i use converter and the same thing appears i open converter and wire RGB signal BEFORE CAPACITOR I have 2.00V and all it's OK
: but for saturn and DreamCast i'm not able to wire inside
: When i look on PC2Saturn page it dont speak about this problem ??????
: Why my monitor need 2.00 V for working fine and how can i resolve this ??? PLEASE HELP
: It's not the monitor , it entierly revised !!
: Thanks at all for your response !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
