Okay a buddy and I are re-doing the arcade cabinet that I have
and we came across an idea. Each game is different,
and each game has different buttons that do different things
but what if we made a 3 by 5 card with all the information about
the game....example

--------------------------------------------------------------------
Name:Raiden
Clones:Raiden(Alternate Hardware, Raiden(Korea)
Year:1990 Genre:Shooter Players:2(alternating)
Manufacturer:Seibu Kahatsu Input:2 Joysticks 2 buttons each
Instructions:Guide your ship, and fire at opposing ships, gain
powerups along the way (blah blah)
button 1:Fire shot button 2:fire bomb
Game ranking:9 If you like this game try out:
tiger heli, truxton, truxton II
known bugs:music is inconsistent sometimes
---------------------------------------------------------------------

we would all help make these cards for each and every game, each of these
3 x 5 inch cards could be stored in a roledex of sorts, near or on your
cabinet, so that if someone came up to your arcade cabinet, you could flip
to one of the cards, and know instantly how to play the game....
or if you wanted to learn how to play a new game.
this could be a word or wordperfect template, and eventually we would have
all the MAME games, (until a new one comes out)

I would love to hear feedback, and I guess if no one else would be intrested
to help then I'll just do it for my arcade cabinet slowly, but I think we could
all benefit here! Oh if you steal my idea, I don't care, just type up all those
cards and let everyone use them, (a special thanks woud be nice!)

thanx for your time......

Long live MAME!
