If you charge people to play, your "collection" piece just became a commercial piece.
You need a liscense to operate coin-operated devices, plus a state-tax "stamp" on
every machine you intend to charge the public to access. You may only charge for real
machines (not emulators). Also, you had better check your zoning rules. If any of
your clientele turns you in as an illegal operator, you could see all your machines
become "wards of the state" (seized). Stiff penalties for a few bucks! Your call.
