U mean using an original board or an emu cabinet?

I'm not an expert, but I do know charging for play on an emu cabinet is not legal, of course. :) Using an original board, I don't believe you'd owe royalties to the manufacturer - they got their money when the board was first sold, but your community may have regulations about operating coin-op devices for profit. Best to check with your local government if you want to be sure.

: If I buy an old arcade cabinet and get it working again, can I legally charge people to play? Do I owe any royalties to the game manufacturer or can I keep all profits?
