I don't have a Happs 12 position rotary, since I have 3 of the yellow SNK originals, but it should work if Happs is marketing theirs as an Ikari type replacement, and the specs to say 12 position rotary.
Maybe if someone out there has a Happs 12 pos. and uses it on an arcade as a replacement, they can say if it's the same.
I saw a site somewhere where someone was using a Happs replacement on a Guerrilla War board and it worked (as I would expect based on the joystick's description in the catalog)...
I can only say it "looks" like the Happs 12 position rotary model is a direct replacement for the LS30 yellow original, and the LS30 original works on this interface!
So it's a word association at best for me.
I'm going to go with a 99.62% yes. Maybe the Happs customer service can verify that it does function exactly like the original. It should be fine, there's nothing electronically special about the joysticks that would make a clone version questionable as to if it cloned properly or not, it's really just a simple 12 pos. rotary switch stuck on the shaft!
