Shutting down computer from Dos session, any prog ?

Hi, I just bought an arcade cabinet and I plan to convert it into a Mame machine running Arcadeos? My problem is that the PC motherboard (ATX) I use allows to turn computer on using a password (why not 1 + 2 i.e. start Pl 1 + Start P2). That is quite convenient. But would there be a way to turn computer off from Dos mode (for example leaving Arcadeos and automatically turn computer off). I know about some simple progs allow to reboot from Dos mode but is there any out which would shut down the computer. I use MS DOS 6.22 but I plan to get to DOS 7 (kind of extracted from Win9X ...).

I am also looking for cwsdpmi R5 , I only found R4 and I need the new one as I use more than 128 Mo RAM.

Help greatly appreciated...
