Help - Kensington Expert Mouse/Trackball

Does anyone know how to connect a Kensington Expert Mouse/Trackball (8-pin connector) to a standard serial or PS/2 port? I picked up a used v2.0 unit recently (cheap) but it had no cable. Kensington's Tech Support won't release the pinouts and say the model is no longer sold or supported.
