possible I-PAC, AOS or MAME problem

Hi, Just got my cabinite up and working 100% this weekend. I'm having a wierd problem.

everything seems to work fine then all of a sudden P1 controls go all screwy or completely stop working. I go SHIFT-UP to go turn the volume down and it automatically gets stuck pressing Left. or I can be playing a game and it will automatically go all the way left or right. It does it in all games. I checked and there is no physicall interferance (wires getting stuck, or switches sticking) Is my I-PAC fubaring? or maybe my computer?
