Evil JAMMA+ Connecter

Alright, the cab I'm getting is a CPS2 cabinet. It hooks up to the cab with a JAMMA connecter and then this small while one that they've labeled JAMMA+. Anyone got a clue how I can make an adapter from this connecter to my PC? I know how to do plain JAMMA, but these extras leave me stumped.
