PIII and a Celeron II (533A and higher) differ in the L2 cache of the PIII being 256K and the CII being 128K.... don't think I would say the PIII will run circles arount the Celeron II.... Intel of course would like you to think that since they charge 2-3x for the same MHz speed PIII vs CII.... benchmarks will tell the tale....
