These seem to do the job, but I can't find a way of limiting them to one application. It looks like I'd have to remember to enable the keymapping before running Mame32 and to disable it afterwards.
How does the shift button work? Would it be possible to wire the P1Start and P1Left in parallel to one button? Or does it require P1Start to be pressed and held, then P1Left pressed and released, then P1Start released?
