WITHOUT A SPECIAL Y-ADAPTER IT WONT. ITS DESIGNED TO BE USED WITH ONE TRACKBALL ONLY (or two spinners). The ME-4 is designed to use both a Trackball and a spinner (3 inputs not 2 like the KE72T).
