I had an LP24 myself with no problems.

There could be two problems.

1. Hit F11 when you are playing. Is the game running at 100% with a frameskip of 0? If not, that could be part of the problem.

2. A 12 x 12 matrix would give you 144 inputs and I bet you are using less than 48. The more potential inputs you have (144 in your case), the longer the scanning cycle for the encoder. I would change to a 2 x 24 matrix. I don't have the link handy, but I believe it can be found on this site....there is a 2x24 matrix table that someone created that eliminates ghosting in this config and works great.

: I just wired up my control panel with the LP24
: all my controls work but I'm getting a delay when using my controls...(playing street fighter doing a dragon punch is allmost impossible) I have never heard of anyone else having this problem. So any help you can give would be great.

: By the way I'm using a 12x12 matrix maybe thats why there is a delay? or perhaps it was how I wired it?

: Please feel free to e-mail me if you think you have any ideas!!!
