Video (negative or positive signal)?

Everything is running fine in my JAMMA cabinet (thanks MR arcade and others), running in pure Dos with a sound blaster AWE32 and 128 meg of ram and a expert@play 98 video card with 8 megs of ram. I have the 433MHz dedicated just for MAME with arcade OS and it starts up as soon as I turn on my PC. Except for the video. The monitor is a 25" Hantarex MTC 9110. Does arcade OS just put out a negative video signal? as the monitor just takes positive. I still can't get the picture stable even though I have spent hours changing the horizontal and vertical timings for the
arcade monitor mode in arcadeos.cfg file. Help!
