Questions about the KE72T

I was searching for something through the archives here and ran across something that didn't make sense so I have to reask.

Someone said that you can have problems if P1 moves diagonal while pressing one button and P2 wants to move diagonally and press a button while using the KE72. I thought those types of ghosting / blocking / I'm not sure the right term / only existed with keyboard hacks.

Basically what I want is the following:
KE72T running:
2 8 way joysticks
1 4 way joystick
6 P1 buttons
6 P2 buttons
trackball (which will double as a mouse)
3 buttons (which will double as left mouse, center mouse, right mouse)

All running through the KE72T. Am I going to have issues?
