Dot pitch is different

From the link you sent, the dot pitch on the 19" D9100 is 0.39mm. The dot pitch on the 19" U3100 is 0.71mm.

The larger dot pitch on the U3100 may give a more "authentic" arcade look. However, the fat dot pitch also means that high resolution games do not look that good.

I've got a U3100 and I'm extremely pleased with it. It defintely has that authentic look to it. The only complaint I have is that vector games do not look that good because the lines are very thin and do not show up that well. I've never seen a D9100 in person so I cannot comment on it.
