A "pattern/flush trim" bit would do the trick nicely. The corners will be round and flat on the bottom. If you want a totally round corner (so the bottom "curves up" into the corner) you can use a "round nose" (also called a "core box") bit.

Another source for router bits (if you can't find anything else you need at Eagle-America, which if you are in to woodworking at all, would be nearly impossible :-) is http://www.routerbits.com and http://www.jesada.com

P.S. I ordered a 5/64" 3-wing slot cutter bit from Eagle-America to cut the slot for some T-moulding. The guy at t-molding.com recommended the 1/16" size, but I had already ordered by the time I got his mail, and the difference in size is only .0156" so I'm not too concerned.
