I've been wondering the same thing! I would like to know if the Saturn version of the twin sticks were all digital, then you could hack a PSX or Saturn gamepad and use one of the joystick converters for DreamCast VOOT. I've been looking at Happ controls left and right joystick handles with thumb and trigger switches, those are just the handles so you would still have to find a way to mount them on a joystick like the Happ super top fire.
