When cutting slots for the T-moulding on both Sithspawn cabinet and mine we used the following router bit. It worked perfectly and wasn't very pricy. Go to http://www.routerbits.com/cgi-routerbits/sr.cgi?968180030_22805+105 and get part #6701A for the blade and the appropriate arbor. We used arbor #A205B, but that's just the size of my router. Get the appropriate size for your router and everything should be fine. I think the total after shipping (very quick turnaround, shipped via priority mail) was about $25. Not bad at all, especially when you compare it to a Home Depot or comparable shop's price. This cut a perfect slot for the Outwater Plastics 3/4" smooth black T-moulding, which can be found at http://www.outwater.com/tee.html.
