You can get the joystick and buttons you are looking for from happ controls (www.happcontrols.com). You will have to buy a game pad that will work with your dreamcast console so that you can modify it to work with your joystick. I have made two to arcade joystick to play games with my dreamcast. It works great, but I am not finish with it yet. The joystick will not cost that much to order, but the gamepad will be the thing that cost the most.
