Premade mame joysticks like the hotrod but need more

Hi all, I'm very new to this and have a question. I'd like to purchase a premade joystick almost like the Hotrod but with a spinner and trackball built in too so I can play games like Discs of Tron, Frontline and Centipede. Does such a beast exist? Or, being a newbie, is there a way to play these with the Hotrod w/ no problems. Inquiring minds would like to know. Thanks for all your help in this matter.
