1. Make a shortcut to MAME32
2. Right click at the MAME32 shortcut
3. Select "Maximized" in the "Run" drop down list on the "Shortcut" property tab
4. Use the shortcut to launch MAME32 maximized

: Try as I might - I can't get the Mame32 interface to launch already maximized. It always starts as a smaller window in the top left.
