It has the ability to remap keys. I use the remap function in Mame. I only have a single coin slot and there are a few games (Xybots) that use coin 1 and coin 2 for different players.
The remapping in ArcadeOs allows me to map 5 to 5 & 6 in Xybots only. So a coin acutally credits Player 1 and Player 2.
You can also map right controls to left etc or totally reconfigure your keys.
I don't know if NeoRage would work with it but it is worth a shot.
