Need help! ATI 3D XPRESSION+PC2TV, oppinions?

I can buy a ATI 3D XPRESSION+PC2TV 2MB really, really cheap but I know nothing about this card. I am planning to use it in a emulator based console for my little daugther...

I will only run ZSNES and KGEN under pure DOS and I want to hook it up to a regular TV. Would a ATI 3D XPRESSION+PC2TV 2MB work? Is it any good? Is the VESA support ok? Does it provide TV-out in pure DOS?

Any other recommendations or good alternatives?
