Question: 19"SVGA vs 19" Vertical Arcade Monitor vs WG3100

I think I am ready to start arcade cab #2 but I need help choosing which type monitor to go with. I would really like to run Windows (in vertical mode) so I am probably going with a SVGA monitor (or possibly a WG3100). I know it's been asked a hundred times but can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks...
