If you're only doing half-inch roundings, of all the corners, just mark them all out with pencil, and just use a wood file. I did that on all my corners, and it worked perfectly, and only took a few minutes.
: Anyone here experienced in rounding corners of a flat cotrol panel top? I'm planning to make 1/2 inch roundings on each of the 4 corners, but quite frankly, I have no experience in this. Im hoping someone can give me a tip on how to do this without special industrial tools. :)
