You cannot expect MAME to not have these ROMS. If people are worried about them, don't download them. It's really no big deal anyway. Kids can get a lot more hardcore XXX action all over the net for free as it is, a dumb game with some cheasy shots of a chicks ass or whatever is no big deal. This is really dumb.
