Has anyone successfully got their arcade controls working through a parallel cable (as opposed to the popular keyboard hacks)? I've got everything wired fine (meter reads all the buttons), the only problem is with the parallel connection.. using SNESkey, the indicator tells me that all buttons are pressed (they flash very quickly on and off). when i actually press the buttons, the indicator stops flashing and is just solid (like it should be when pressed). I just need to figure out why the program/port thinks all the buttons are being pressed (very) rapidly. I'm going to try a diode on the load pins of the cable, but after that I don't really have any more ideas. Anyone have any suggestions? by the way, i followed the diagram at http://www.arcadecontrols.com/images/S_quench_SNESPAD.GIF
