Latest Mame and suggestion to protect childrens

Hi,

I'm beginning to see a thread about to remove some roms off of
the new MAME to come... :-)

I'm suggesting the following to protect children:

Instead to typing OK before running theses "special"
roms the Adult must use by example this new combinaison
"push 2player button and use the Player1 joystick
and move it to the left" then the Mame game will be
launch.

So by this way you protect children.
