I think that was Rei from Evangelion. That photo looked to me like a computer mockup but looked very cool.
: I remember seeing screen shots of someones M.A.M.E. machine posted on this site. The stand-up cabinet had an Anime gal on the entire length of the side art. It was a beautiful cabinet and I'm wondering who's it was!
