Wells Gardner U3000/3100 power connector

Could someone tell me how the CN-101 connector on the WG U3000 is wired? I have one, and I wanted to ask someone before I plugged the thing in wrong and messed
something up...

There are 3 pins, the leftmost (with the screen facing you) which has continuity to the chassis, and the other two have continuity with each other.

For some reason I thought it was hot-ground-neutral, which only makes sense if it's chassis-hot, and I had also thought that the chassis would be grounded, which makes at least one of my assumptions wrong.

Hopefully somebody out there could clear this up!
