For that price point I'd go AMD Duron (more)

For that price you can get an AMD Duron 600 and Motherboard. The new Celerons run at a 66Mhz bus, Durons run at a 200Mhz bus. Meaning that the Duron will beat it out of the box. Durons tend to overclock quite high, most will go 900Mhz with air cooling with no stability problems.

If for some reason you want to stick with Intel, it'll be an OK board, but I'd advise going with the Duron.

I have heard good things about the ABIT motherboards and was looking at one of those with a celeron 566 processor. It looks like it will be close to $200 or so. I do not need onboard sound or agp support so I think I am pretty safe there. Does anyone else have any suggestions?
