I have a Pentium III 500Mhz, 128meg PC100 RAM, same Win98SE booting to DOS, running latest ArcadeOS, and the Pentium III optimized DOS MAMEI686.EXE
I am using the latest CWSDPMI as well, and I get the same error on these games. I am using the MSMOUSE.EXE driver and no CD-ROM driver (yet), but there is plenty of conventional memory.
